Covenco’s Recovery Centre in the heart of England is located on the outskirts of Banbury, Oxfordshire, 2 miles from Junction 11 on the M40.

Businesses in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Hereford and Worcester, Northamptonshire, the West Midlands and surrounding areas now have access to a complete suite of recovery facilities within a few miles of their normal business locations.

The centre provides for 80 workplace positions across 3 suites, plus meeting rooms, general office equipment a storage area and a kitchen/break-out area. Banbury’s digital telephone system is fully programmable, enabling fully transparent call redirection. This means that customers can continue to dial their usual numbers to reach temporarily relocated staff.

Fully equipped for purpose, the Banbury centre provides:

  • Computer Room: A secure environment for your Disaster Recovery systems; redundant air-conditioning, UPS battery backup and generator back-up power; Security access control system
  • Communications: CAT5 cabled with configurable patch panels to all recovery suites, computer room and test areas; Choice of communications protocols including ADSL, ISDN2, ISDN30 and PSTN
  • Workplace Positions: Each workstation includes desk and chair with pedestal and lockable drawer, telephone with direct dial, desktop PC, voice and data point, 4 gang 13A power
  • Telephony: AVAYA VoIP telephony switch and over 100 digital extensions with direct dial; ACD, call recording and voicemail
  • Security: The site is fully alarmed and equipped with CCTV

The Continuum, Covenco’s Recovery Centre in West Yorkshire, is centrally positioned between Leeds and Manchester on the M62 corridor and provides an ideal location for Northern based companies.

The centre provides for 120 workplace recovery positions plus meeting rooms, general office services, secure storage and warehousing and refreshment/kitchen area.  Suites are available for 4, 8, 12 and 100 persons and the site boasts a fully functional boardroom with up-to-date presentation facilities.

Covenco’s Langley Business Recovery Centre is located just outside the M25, not far from Heathrow airport. The centre is conveniently located to serve customers in London, the Home Counties and beyond.

The Recovery Centre provides a total of 40 workplace positions across two suites and offers shared printing, photocopying, fax and full office facilities. There is a purpose built computer room and three meeting rooms available for shared use, plus a kitchen/rest area for customers to make use of during test rehearsals and invocations.

A large warehouse facility is available to the rear of the Recovery Centre with a fully functional workshop for building, testing and configuring IT server hardware and peripheral equipment.

Covenco’s Newcastle Recovery Centre is located at Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, around 2 miles south of Newcastle city centre and close to the A1. Within an hour’s drive of Leeds, this centre is ideally situated to service customers based across Northumberland, Durham, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

The fully air-conditioned centre can accommodate 200 people and provides well-equipped workplace positions, dedicated telephony switch and communications via ISDN30, ADSL and leased lines. The facility also offers dedicated on-site parking and easy transport links, as well as a good selection of local amenities and 24×7 security.

Less than an hour’s drive from Cambridge, Nottingham and Leicester, Covenco’s Peterborough Recovery Centre is located in the East Midlands around 12 miles from Peterborough.

Within a few miles of the major regional road systems – A1M / A47 / A605 – it is ideally situated for customers across the Midlands, Lincolnshire and East Anglia.

The fully air-conditioned centre can comfortably accommodate in excess of 800 people across 8 office suites, with options to completely or partially integrate, or provide complete, secure segregation. Suite sizes vary from 45 to 276 seats. The centre’s executive board room can seat 18 persons in comfort and has projector and web cam facilities available. An adjoining 50 seat reception and briefing area facilitates staff briefings and press conferences. Rest/refreshment facilities and a well-equipped kitchen complete the picture.

Fully equipped for purpose, the Peterborough centre provides:

  • Computer Room: Shared resources, rack and cabinet space, fully managed systems and web hosting; full server and system replication within a secure, resilient, environmentally controlled data suite
  • Communications: Redundant routing via multiple connections – fibre, copper and microwave; ADSL, LES and MPLS to dedicated point-to-point leased line
  • Workplace Positions: Each workstation includes desk and chair with under-desk filing cabinet, telephone with direct-dial, PC with flat-screen monitor
  • Telephony: Avaya VoIP telephony switch with digital extensions and direct dial; ACD routing, call recording and voicemail; digital display telephones with hands-free and headset sockets
  • Security: Compound and all suites electronically secured with programmable key-card entry; manned security is provided at all times
