Covenco's Langley Business Recovery Centre is located just outside the M25, not far from Heathrow airport. The centre is conveniently located to serve customers in London, the Home Counties and beyond.
The Recovery Centre provides a total of 40 workplace positions across two suites and offers shared printing, photocopying, fax and full office facilities. There is a purpose built computer room and three meeting rooms available for shared use, plus a kitchen/rest area for customers to make use of during test rehearsals and invocations.
A large warehouse facility is available to the rear of the Recovery Centre with a fully functional workshop for building, testing and configuring IT server hardware and peripheral equipment.
Fully equipped for purpose, the Langley centre provides:
- Computer Room: A secure environment for your DR systems; redundant air-conditioning, UPS battery backup and generator back-up power; Security access control system
- Communications: CAT5 cabled with configurable patch panels to all recovery suites, computer room and test areas; Choice of communications protocols including ADSL, ISDN2, ISDN30 and PSTN
- Workplace Positions: Each workstation includes desk and chair with pedestal and lockable drawer, telephone with direct dial, desktop PC, voice and data point, 4 gang 13A power
- Telephony: AVAYA VoIP telephony switch and over 100 digital extensions with direct dial; ACD, call recording and voicemail
- Security: The site is fully alarmed and equipped with CCTV; Security guards patrol out-of-hours; Manned security to the business park for out-of-hours access
