Covenco's Recovery Centre in the heart of England is located on the outskirts of Banbury, Oxfordshire, 2 miles from Junction 11 on the M40. Businesses in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Hereford and Worcester, Northamptonshire, the West Midlands and surrounding areas now have access to a complete suite of recovery facilities within a few miles of their normal business locations.
The centre provides for 80 workplace positions across 3 suites, plus meeting rooms, general office equipment a storage area and a kitchen/break-out area. Banbury's digital telephone system is fully programmable, enabling fully transparent call redirection. This means that customers can continue to dial their usual numbers to reach temporarily relocated staff.
