The dedicated recovery service is designed for businesses requiring faster recovery time objectives (RTO) and an absolute guarantee that recovery equipment will be available, even in the event of multiple simultaneous invocations.
Disaster Recovery companies traditionally provide equipment on a shared basis. This is entirely appropriate, given it is unlikely that every customer will need to invoke the service simultaneously. With Covenco's dedicated recovery service, systems are assigned to one client exclusively and will already be permanently located at a designated site or Covenco Recovery Centre.

- Provision of identical or functionally equivalent IT equipment
- Permanently installed at your site or allocated to you at a Covenco Recovery Centre, for your sole use
- Annual test/rehearsal of the solution
- Hardware maintenance
- As the equipment is used only for invocations, no additional software licensing is required
