Backup, Replication, High Availability and Recovery technologies are a critical element for our business; hence our selection process for new Technology Partners has to be much more rigorous and demanding.  Each technology is stress tested in our Lab to near destruction, so that we know it’s limitations and where precisely it might fail in any given customer environment.  We simply can’t afford to fail in a critical DR situation – so we have to be cynical and treat software vendors’ claims of ‘Robust’ and ‘Highly scalable’ with great caution; on completion of the testing process, we will define the precise degree of ‘scalability and robustness’ for each technology.

From experience we know where, why and how each solution will meet specific types of customer requirements – and fit within a defined budget.
