Covenco's Recovery Centre in the heart of England is located on the outskirts of Banbury, Oxfordshire, 2 miles from Junction 11 on the M40.
Businesses in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Hereford and Worcester, Northamptonshire, the West Midlands and surrounding areas now have access to a complete suite of recovery facilities within a few miles of their normal business locations.
The centre provides for 80 workplace positions across 3 suites, plus meeting rooms, general office equipment a storage area and a kitchen/break-out area. Banbury's digital telephone system is fully programmable, enabling fully transparent call redirection. This means that customers can continue to dial their usual numbers to reach temporarily relocated staff.
Fully equipped for purpose, the Banbury centre provides:
- Computer Room: A secure environment for your DR systems; redundant air-conditioning, UPS battery backup and generator back-up power; Security access control system
- Communications: CAT5 cabled with configurable patch panels to all recovery suites, computer room and test areas; Choice of communications protocols including ADSL, ISDN2, ISDN30 and PSTN
- Workplace Positions: Each workstation includes desk and chair with pedestal and lockable drawer, telephone with direct dial, desktop PC, voice and data point, 4 gang 13A power
- Telephony: AVAYA VoIP telephony switch and over 100 digital extensions with direct dial; ACD, call recording and voicemail
- Security: The site is fully alarmed and equipped with CCTV
