Covenco's Fixed Site Recovery Solution mitigates against the risk of disasters that could affect a client's primary operating site.  Disasters within this category tend to be non-technical in nature and due to circumstances beyond your control;  events such as fire, flood, denial of access, major power loss, sabotage or theft. When Fixed Site Recovery is invoked the client will dispatch their backup media to a Covenco Recovery Centre. Here our recovery specialists will reconconstruct your server configurations on IT equipment located at the centre and ensure that end users can access the restored systems remotely.

As standard this solution provides:

• Appropriate equipment assigned for your use at a designated Covenco Recovery Centre
• Equipment available to commence restoration of backup media within 4 hours
• Full technical assistance by Covenco's skilled recovery specialists
• 13 weeks invocation period (with no additional charge)
