Covenco’s Relocatable Recovery Solution is designed to offload and install replacement disaster recovery equipment at a client site in the event of a disaster. Typically this solution is deployed in the event of a technical disaster where the computing environment remains largely unaffected. It is also very commonly subscribed to by clients who have multiple sites that they could designate as a recovery location.

As standard the Relocatable Recovery Solution provides;

• Delivery, installation and configuration of alternate IT equipment to any designated recovery location
• Full technical assistance by Covenco’s highly skilled recovery specialists
• Recovery specialists on site until systems are restored and stable.
• Pre-determined response times
• 13 weeks Invocation period (without any additional charge)
• Annual Test/Rehearsal of the solution
