Dedicated Recovery is a superior disaster recovery solution that fills the gap between traditional shared solutions and high availability. This service has been designed for businesses requiring faster recovery time objectives (RTO) and an absolute guarantee that recovery equipment will be available even in the event of multiple simultaneous invocations.

As standard you can expect the following from this solution;

• Provision of identical or functionally equivalent IT equipment
• Permanently installed at a client site or allocated to a client at a Covenco Recovery Centre for their sole use
• Annual test/rehearsal of the solution
• Hardware Maintenance

As the equipment is used only for invocations, no additional software licensing is required.

This solution answers the two main concerns a customer may have when invoking a DR service;:
1. “Will the equipment be guaranteed to be available to me?”
2. “How long will it take to arrive?”
